I collected receipts and documents for my rental homes in a tray on my desk for several months until deciding to scan them to my PC one evening. Neat company - congratulations on a despicable business model that replaces a quality service with corporate greed and overwhelming desire for power and control. I aim rating this 1 star only because I can't give it 0 stars. How can their web based application not contain a scan button? Who debugged this program? Probably no one.
I have been able to dos that easily until recently. Add this to the fact that placing ALL not my personal documents in the cloud in this day and age of NSA spying and big data collection and analysis by the government scares the crap out of me.Īll I want to do is scan my documents into my computer and keep them secure and private. I will never subscribe to such a terrible service. I don't usually take the time to write these reviews, but I am so disgusted with this company that I felt it was necessary. I am disgusted with this company that took a perfectly great product and software package and by prostituting themselves, have ruined the entire process and package. They have banker's hours, and then you can't even speak to anyone. Add this to the fact that customer service and support is basically non-existent. When I sign into the cloud service, I can't even get a scan button to appear anywhere on the page, and I am completely unable to use the software or my scanner.
